1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Original tags and packaging must be intact

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Innerwear, socks, or accessories (if applicable)

Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or wear
3. Size Exchange Policy (Kids Clothing)
We understand sizing concerns for kids wear.

Size exchanges are allowed (subject to stock availability)

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We will ship the exchanged item once the returned product is received and inspected
4. Refund Policy

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit
