We currently offer shipping across Pakistan.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day


3. Delivery Time

  • Major cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other cities / remote areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout

  • Promotional offers such as free shipping may apply from time to time


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan

  • Customers are requested to provide accurate contact details to avoid delivery issues

  • Refusal of COD orders may result in account restrictions


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp

  • You can track your shipment through the courier’s website


7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer unavailability

The parcel may be returned to us. Re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or video proof

  • We will investigate and assist accordingly
